Life was Easier in 70s or 80s, don’t you think so??

Why?

Because life was simpler back then when there weren’t too much of technology.

I came to this conclusion after yesterday, a whole day, fought with the thing called technology. My DVD-ROM was broken down. I cannot play any movies from it, no it’s worse, I cannot process any cd from it! and for me it’s like a death statement. Well, actually I have a usual dvd player, but the remote control is also broken down so It’s kinda hard to use it. As it is not enough, I also found problem in my USB: It can’t be plugged in properly. I didn’t know what was wrong, everytime I plug it in, my windows explorer always ask to be debug. I have already scanned it, off course, but it didn’t give any impacts.

Yeaah peeps, those things called technology is so tiresome, yet I need them so bad.

Speaking of technology, there is a nice quote of it. It’s from Jesse in movie ‘Before Sunrise’. Cekidot!

“You know what drives me crazy? It's all these people talking about how great technology is, and how it saves all this time. But, what good is saved time, if nobody uses it? If it just turns into more busy work. You never hear somebody say, "With the time I've saved by using my word processor, I'm gonna go to a Zen monastery and hang out". I mean, you never hear that.

Agak ga nyambung sih, but well, kurang lebih mewakili kesusahan saya sekarang ini. TT_TT

I’m gonna try to fix them all again today, though it’s probably a useless action.

xoxo,
